What is the Players Passport™ Club?
The Players Passport™ Club is a way for Casino Rama to reward its players. When you become a member of the Players Passport™ Club, you will recieve a club card. When you use your club card to play, you can earn Club Points and other rewards such as complimentary meals, luxury hotel stays, tickets to Casino Rama concerts, invitations to special parties and events, and much more! With slot play, you can also earn CashBack Points which can be redeemed for cash. It pays to play at Casino Rama!
How do I become a member of the Players Passport™ Club?
To join the Players Passport™ Club, simply visit any PLayer Services Desk while at Casino Rama. You must provide at least one (1) piece of valid government issued photo ID in order to enroll. Membership in the club is FREE and you begin earning rewards immediately! On your first day of play, you can earn "Double CashBack Points" on your slot play!
How do I use my Players Passport™ Club Card?
For slot play, simply place your Players Passport™ Club card in the slot machine reader and make sure that the lights surrounding the card insert turn green or the information begins to scroll on the reader. For table games play, please give the Table Games Supervisor your Players Passport™ Club card and they will ensure that your play is recorded.
What are Club Points?
Club Points are points that each player earns based upon their rated play. Club Points are used to determine the level of Player Passport™ Club membership that you qualify for and cannot be redeemed.
How do I acquire any one of the Players Passport™ Club card levels?
Players can achieve the different Players Passport™ Club card levels by accumulating the minimum Club Points required for each level within a 6 month time frame (June – December & December – June). Once you accumulate the points required for the next level, you will be upgraded instantly. Your new card will be valid for the remainder of the period you are currently in as well as the entire following period. At the end of each accumulation time frame, Club point balances will be reset to zero.
*Player’s Passport™ members who reach Diamond Point level may be considered for card level.
What are Cashback Points?
Cashback Points are earned on rated slot play. They are redeemable for cash at the Cashier’s Cage simply by presenting your Player’s Passport™ Club card and entering your four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not have a PIN, please visit one of our Player Services Desks to obtain one.
How do I accumulate Club and Cashback Points?
Club Points can be accumulated for both rated Slot and Table Games play: Slot machine players accumulate 1 Club Point for every 1 Cashback Point you accumulate. Table games players accumulate 1 Club Point based on length of play, average bet and type of game.
Cashback Points can only be accumulated with slot play. Slot machine players accumulate Cashback Points based on game type and denomination.
How do I check both my Club and Cashback Point balances?
You can check both your Club and Cashback Point balances by:
- Inserting your card into any slot machine while at Casino Rama and viewing your balance on the scroll window.
- Logging into your online Player account in our Player Rewards section with your four-digit PIN.
- Visiting any Player Services Desk while at Casino Rama.
- Asking a Table Games Supervisor while playing at Casino Rama.
