  1. How do I get to Casino Rama?

  2. Is there bus service to Casino Rama?

    A number of different independent bus companies work with Casino Rama and operate regular runs. To find the company in your area please visit the GROUP SALES section or call 1-800-832-PLAY (7529).

  3. What are your hours of operation?

    Casino Rama is open year round, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  4. Do you have on-site parking?

    With more than 2,000 free, secure parking spots on property, parking is never a hassle. A number of handicap spaces are also available and clearly marked in both the front and back parking lots. In addition, we offer oversize parking in the back lots for patrons arriving by large van or RV (please note that no hook-ups are available).

  5. Does Casino Rama offer Valet parking?

    24-hour valet parking is available at the main Casino entrance as well as the Hotel porte-cochere. Diamond, Platinum Plus, Platinum and Gold Players Passport members may use valet parking free of charge.

  6. Are children allowed on property?

    Children are permitted on property but only in the hotel area and must be over the age of 19 to enter the Casino floor and the Entertainment Centre.

  7. How old do you have to be to gamble?

    You must be 19 years of age or older and be able to produce valid government issued photo identification proving your age. A driver’s license, Passport and Age of Majority Card are all valid forms of I.D. Please note that your form of I.D. must also bear your signature and be in good condition, meaning not cracked or torn. You may also be asked to produce a secondary piece of identification that bears your photo and/or signature.

  8. Do you allow pets?

    Sorry, pets are not allowed with the exception of certified service animals.

  9. Do you have wheelchairs available for your guests?

    Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first serve basis at both the Casino main and bus entrances as well as the Hotel bell desk. You will be required to leave a government issued piece of identification until the wheelchair is returned. Sorry advance reservations are not permitted.

  10. Are your facilities wheelchair/handicap accessible?

    Casino Rama is fully wheelchair/handicap accessible. Ramps, elevators, parking spaces, washrooms, hotel rooms, gaming, restaurant and concert access are all available.

  11. Are cameras allowed on property?

    Cameras and recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Casino floor and in the Entertainment Centre.

  12. Can we bring our own alcohol?

    Yes, but it can only be consumed in your hotel room. Any alcohol open or otherwise outside your room will be confiscated by Casino security and disposed of immediately.

  13. Can you smoke at Casino Rama?

    No, As part of Ontario's Provincial by-law, Casino Rama is a smoke-free facility, however designated outdoor smoking areas are available for patrons who wish to smoke. Please note that designated smoking rooms are available in our hotel for those hotel guests who desire them.

  14. Are gift certifications available?

    Yes, gift certificates are available in denominations of $10, $20, $50 and $100. They may be redeemed for non-gaming activities such as concert tickets, restaurant meals, hotel stays and spa services. They may not be used to purchase Casino chips or tokens. Gift certificates may be purchased in-person at the Casino Rama Box Office, Hotel Front Desk or any of our restaurants.
