  1. What is the Player’s Passport™ Club?

    The Player’s Passport™ Club is Casino Rama’s membership club. Simply by being a member, you can enjoy rewards such as "Beat the Box Office" exclusive pre-sales for Casino Rama concerts, monthly e-announcements and access to the Couchiching Court Diner's Pass. With rated play, you can earn FREE concerts, hotel stays, complimentary valet and coat check, food coupons and more!   2. Where can I join the Player’s Passport™ Club?

    Simply visit the Player’s Passport™ Club Desk, VIP Services Desk or any of our Table Games pits to sign up for your FREE membership. You must present valid government issued photo ID to enroll.

  3. What are Cashback Points?

    Cashback Points are earned with rated slot play. They are redeemable for cash at the Cashier’s Cage simply by presenting your Player’s Passport™ Club card and entering your four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not have a PIN, please visit one of our Player Services Desks to obtain one.

  4. What are Club Points?

    Club Points are points that each player earns based upon their rated play. Club Points are used to determine the level of Player Passport™ Club membership that you qualify for and cannot be redeemed.

  5. What are comps?

    Comps are Casino rewards based on observed (rated) play. They may include but are not limited to hot concert tickets, delicious meals, luxury hotel stays, valet and coat check.

  6. How do I get rated?

    Easy…first be sure to be a Player’s Passport™ Club member. For slot players simply enter your membership card into the machine, your play is automatically tracked. If you’re a Table games player please present your card to the Supervisor at the table and ask that your play be rated. Be sure to use your Players Passport™ Card each and every time you play to earn valuable rewards.

  7. How many table games are there at Casino Rama?

    We offer over 110 Table Games including Blackjack, Baccarat, Mini Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Caribbean Stud Poker, Pai Gow poker, Let It Ride, Big Six, Sic Bo, Pai Gow Tiles, Spanish 21’s, 3-card poker, War and Texas Hold’Em Poker to name just a few.

  8. How many slot machines do you have?

    With over 2,500 Slot machines in denominations ranging from $0.01 to $100, Casino Rama has something for everyone. We feature reel and video slots and even multi-denominational slot machines. All slot machines are equipped with FastCash. FastCash is a coinless system that prints a ticket that can be redeemed at the Cashier's Cage or the Redemption Kiosks located on the Casino Floor.
