  1. How many guestrooms does Casino Rama have?

    Our nine-storey hotel features 289 suites, ranging from Deluxe to Presidential.

  2. How do I make a reservation?

    Room reservations may be made by calling 1-800-832-PLAY (7529).

  3. What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in: 4 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m.

  4. Can you access email from a guestroom?

    Yes, connections are available in every room.

  5. Are safes, hairdryers, etc. available in each room?

    Guest rooms are equipped with alarm/clock radios, irons, full size ironing boards, a hairdryer, luxury bath soaps and lotions, shower caps, sewing kits and an in-room safe.

  6. Are laundry services available?

    Personal laundry facilities are not available on property, however same day dry cleaning is available. Items must be dropped off to the front desk by 9 a.m. for a 5 p.m. return.

  7. Do you have a spa?

    The Balance In Life Spa offers a full range of services and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Appointments are recommended. For more information or to book a service please call 1-800-832-PLAY (7259).

  8. Is there a pool at Casino Rama?

    Yes, a heated indoor horizon pool is available for hotel and spa guest use. Located on the third floor, it is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

  9. What type of fitness centre is available?

    We offer a moderately sized fitness facility in the spa, located on the third floor of the hotel. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., the gym features various types of cardio equipment and a Universal weight-training centre.

  10. Are there meeting & conference facilities for groups?
